Welcome

Hello Everyone and welcome to Your Guide To Disney World. I have been going to Disney World every year since I was born. I know everything there is to know about Disney World and, I decided I want to share my knowledge with all of you. On this blog you will find the best hotels, restaurants, and the top attractions in every park. Every year when I go I see people that are confused and don't know what they are doing so I am here to help. Below this post you will find everything you need to know. Note that I will not update this blog but I will leave it as it is so the information is always here. Please leave comments and tell me how helpful this blog was and also if you have any questions you can leave a comment with your question and I will comment below your question and answer it. Thank you for visiting my blog, I hope my information is useful.

Hotels and Resorts

There are many hotels located in and around Disney World. I suggest that you stay at a hotel located in Disney world. If you click here you can get a complete list of hotels in Disney. I want to warn you though don't click on it yet! Those hotels are all located in Disney but, most of them are very far away from the 4 Disney World Parks. If you want to stay close to the parks( which I recommend) stay at either The Grand Floridian, The Polynesian, or the Contemporary. These hotels are convenient because they are located right outside of the Magic Kingdom. These hotels allow you to get fast passes for rides(we will talk about fast passes later) and easy transportation to all of the parks which include, monorail and boat service to the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and to The Grand Floridian, Polynesian, and Contemporary resorts. These three hotels also include bus service to all 4 parks. The bus is easy and convinient because it takes you to whic ever one of the four parks you want to visit that day in just about 10 minutes. One last thing on hotels, The Grand Floridian is my favorite. Just to give you a hint.

Dining

There are many good restaurants in Disney World. I will give you a list of my favorites, and a link to the restaurants so you can make a reservation. Before I give you my list of restaurants I want to tell you a little bit about Character Dining. There some restaurants such as The Crystal Palace ( located in the Magic Kingdom), Chef Mickey's ( located in the Com temporary Resort), Ohana (located in The Polynesian, and 1900 Park Fare (located in the Grand Floridian) that serve buffet breakfasts and, there are Disney Characters that come to your table and take pictures, and sign autographs. Okay, now lets move ahead to restaurants. This is a list of my favorites.

Narcoossee's- located in the Grand Floridian

California Grill- located in The Contemporary Resort

Le Cellier- Located in Epcot in the Canada Section ( Scroll Down to The Epcot Post to find out about the Canada Section)

Jiko- located in the Animal Kingdom Lodge

Yak and Yeti- located in Animal Kingdom

Spoodles- located on The Boardwalk

Those are just a few of my favorites. I suggest you make your reservations ahead of time because it may be hard to get a walk-in reservation.

I also suggest one last thing, The Disney Dining Plan. I dont know how to explain it to you so click here to learn more about it.

Magic Kingdom

We have covered hotels and dining but now, we are going to go over the most important thing, Te Parks! Disney World consists of 4 main parks, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. We are going to start with Magic Kingdom since it could be considered the "heart" of Disney World.

I would have to say the Top Attractions in Magic Kingdom are Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain, Space Mountain. These attractions are the ones with the longest lines so, this is where fastpasses come in. If you are staying at a Hotel in disney, you are eligible for a fast pass. These passes allow you to skip most of the long line and get in the ride faster its much easier than to have to wait in long lines.

Other attraction that are some of my favorites in MAgic Kingdom are located in one section of the Magic Kingdom called Fantasy Land. Here you will find rides such as
"It's a Small World", Peter Pan's Flight", "Snow White's Scary Adventures", The Mad Tea Party", and "The many adventures of Winnie The Pooh". These rides also have long lines so fastpasses could be useful at these rides as well.

All of the Walt Disney World theme parks feature fantastic shows. In the Magic Kingdom, you can find shows at the Cinderella Castle. Also at the Cinderella Castle, you will find beautiful fireworks called wishes (and durring the holiday season, holiday wishes). One of my favorite things about disney is the fireworks and, wishes is a great fireworks show. At the entrance of every park you will want to pick up a map and a TImes Guide to find out show and attraction times and, so you can find the rides you want to go on easier.

Animal Kingdom

In the Animal Kingdom, adventure awaits you. It has a jungle theme and many great attractions. The best attractions here are The Kilimanjaro Safari, Mount Everest, and The Kali River Rapids. ON the Kilimanjaro Safari, you board a Safari Vehicle that takes you through an African Wildlife Reserve. ON this Safari you will get up, close, and personal with the animals as you see them interact on their natural habitat. Mount Everest is a high speed train that takes you through the unknown, and don't forget that the Yeti(abominable snowman) is on the loose. You will get SOAKED on the kali river rapids so,I suggest a change of clothes or purchase a Disney poncho. This attraction is one of my favorites as you white water raft down the Chakranadi River. Don't forget your fastpasses on these attractions!!

There are some great show at Animal Kingdom such as "The Festival Of The Lion King" and "Its Tough To Be A Bug". Check the time guide and map for locations and times.

Epcot

Epcot is divided into 2 main parts, Future World, and World Showcase. In Future World you will find attractions that consist of innovation and using your imagination. In this part of Epcot the top attractions are Spaceship Earth, Mission Space, Test Track, and Soarin'. Of you go to Epcot you do not want to miss Soarin'. It is the most popular attraction in all of Disney. In Soarin' you glide over California seeing the most popular destinations and also as you smell the pine trees, the ocean, and the oranges. You definiteley don't want to miss Soarin' and you definitely don't want to go without a fastpass. Spacship Earth is a slow moving train tide that show how much communication has developed. Mission Space takes you on an exhilirating journey to Mars as you feel all the intense preperation of going into space. Test Track is the longest and the fastest ride in Disney World. This ride takes you through the process of testing a car.

World Showcase

I think World Showcase is the reason I like Epcot so much. It features the culture and dining of 11 countries, Mexico, Norway, China, Germany, Itaky, The American Dventure, Japan, Morocco, France, United Kingdom, and Canada. Each country has its own attraction and resteraunt. You can experience the culture of so many different countries without ever leaving Epcot.

If you go to Epcot, you certainly don't want to miss "Illuminations, reflections of Earth". This is an amazing fireworks show that is sure to leave you speechless. You can check the times guide for times.

Hollywood Studios

Lights, Camera, Action! Welcome to Hollywood Studios! Hollywood Studios is home to "The Tower Of Terror" and, "The Rockin' Roller Coaster", and also the newest attraction "Toy Story Mania". The Tower Of Terror puts you in an elevator and lifts and quickly drops you from 13 stories up at random. The Rockin' Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith takes you on a road trip through "tinsletown" with plenty's of twists turns and loops. In Toy Story Mania, you can join Woods and his friends through a 4-D adventure in a game playing adventure. DON'T FORGET YOUR FASTPASSES!!

Some great shows at hollywood studios include,"Playhouse Disney Live", "Lights, Motor, Action extreme stunt show", Indiana Jones, and the "Voyage Of The Little Mermaid".

If you go to Hollywood Studios Don't miss Fantasmic! A nighttime spectacular that includes lasers, dancing fountains, and special effects.
